Integrated Ascension, Insight, and Heart Mastery

I
was 13 when I learned how to meditate and I have practised meditation
and worked in spiritual organisations all my life. After meditating for
many years I came to see that I still had fears, doubts and low self
esteem. I judged others, compared myself to others, put people on
pedestals and was not living my own truth. I had been seeking unity but
I was oblivious to the separation I was creating. I added to the
problems that I  wanted to reduce on the planet. If I was not right
with myself how was I going to be of service to my family, friends or
the planet?I realised that spiritual growth in itself doesn’t create
psychological, mental, or emotional growth. Spiritual growth,
especially rapid growth, can even create imbalances on psychological,
mental, emotional and physical levels. What has happened amongmany
light workers and spiritual seekers is that we have become like
mushrooms. Our spiritual bodies are generally far more advanced than
our mental, emotional and physical bodies. I now understand that to
fully embrace and actualise our potential we need to integrate,
acknowledge and clear each of these levels. I discovered after many
years of certain practises that I had not done sufficient psychological
homework and I had to make fundamental changes in my behaviour.

My
big "wake up" call was during my 9 1/2 month pregnancy and the
stillbirth of my son Michael. That event taught me much about the power
of love and my heart was activated so intensely and so humanly.  I was
deeply stirred, drawn to new perspectives and I let go of my
fundamentalist viewpoints and started to embrace a synthesis of paths
and ways. I studied the ascension process and was fascinated as my
limited understanding expanded into realms I hadn't previously
explored. I had a return to innocence and wonder. I learned that the
soul undergoes stages of growth.
Each new life is but a day in the
life of the soul and in every incarnation the soul is tested to ensure
that it is still able to maintain the level of soul control that was
previously achieved. Spiritual growth used to be about the amount of
light we could hold in our field and had very little to do with our
overall psycho/spiritual development. Now light building, meditating,
ascension
activations and esoteric work although fun, fascinating
and a part of the story, do not replace the fundamentals of
psychological clarity and integrated ascension. 

After
meditating for hours every day, year after year I was a beacon of
light. The trouble was that my light had flecks and streaks of my own
un-cleared and unacknowledged issues and I was bathing in that and
beaming that into my environment. I am grateful that I met up with
Michael King and Linda King, the co- founders of the Insight Foundation
and was introduced to their amazing contributions to the art and
science ofintegrated spiritual growth. They have been my friends and
mentors and I am delighted to now be working with them to expand the
activities if the Insight Foundation. After applying certain IF tools
for integration (Cosmosis (TM), affirmations, archetype journaling, ray
integrations, visualisations, meditations, activations) I have expanded
into my heart and grounded like never before. 

I am excited to be offering an integrated ascension mentoring program in conjunction with the Insight Foundation's Cosmosis Academy.
I feel every moment is a gift and opportunity to birth, be and ground
more love and the only thing that really matters at the end of any
incarnation is how much love we expressed by being here. We all have
our own journey and we all have a wondrous and under utilised treasury
