My name is Patti Roberts and I am excited to offer heart-mastery classes and a heart mastery mentoring program in conjunction with the Insight Foundation's Cosmosis (TM) Academy. Every moment is an opportunity for us to be and ground more love. The only thing that really matters at the end of any incarnation is how much love we expressed. We all have our unique journey, we are spots within the macrocosm through which energy is focused, and we all have a wonderful and under utilised treasury within.

When I was 13 my mother and I learned how to meditate and I practised meditation every day.   Year after year I meditated and I naturally became a beacon of light.  But I came to see that although I was a successful meditator I still had fears, doubts and low self-esteem.  The trouble was that my light had flecks and streaks of my own un-cleared, unconscious and unacknowledged issues and I was bathing in that and beaming that into my environment. I judged others and I compared myself to others. I put people on pedestals and was not living my own truth. I had been seeking unity but I was oblivious to the separation I was creating. Because of my lack of psychological clarity I was adding to the problems that I  wanted to reduce on our planet. I realised if I was not 'right' within myself how could I be of true service? I also realised that spiritual growth, in itself, doesn’t create psychological, mental, or emotional maturity. Rather, spiritual growth, especially rapid growth, often creates imbalances. What has happened among many spiritual goers and seekers is that we have become like mushrooms with our spiritual bodies far bigger and more advanced than our mental, emotional and physical bodies. To fully embrace and actualise our potential as human spirits  integration, acknowledgement and clearing of each of these levels is really important. I discovered, after many years of certain practises that were quite 'enlightening' and 'heart opening' that I had not done sufficient psychological homework and I had to make fundamental changes in my behaviour.

I had a 'wake up' call during my 9 1/2 month pregnancy and the stillbirth of my son Michael. That event taught me much about the power of love as my heart was activated so intensely and humanly.  I was deeply stirred, drawn to new perspectives and I started to let go of my fundamentalist viewpoints and started to embrace a path synthesis. I studied the ascension process and was fascinated as my
limited understanding expanded into realms I hadn't previously explored. I had a return to innocence and wonder. I learned that the soul undergoes stages of growth. Each new life is but a day in the life of the soul and in every incarnation the soul is tested to ensure that it is still able to maintain the level of soul control that was previously achieved. Spiritual growth used to be about the amount of light we could hold in our field and had very little to do with our overall psycho/spiritual development. Now, light building, meditating, ascension activations etc although fun, fascinating and a real part of the journey, do not replace the fundamentals of psychological clarity and integration in the process of heart mastery. 

Everyone is a teacher and everyone is a student. I am grateful that I met up with Michael King and Linda King, the co- founders of the Insight Foundation and was introduced to their amazing contributions to integrated spiritual growth. They have been my friends and mentors and I am delighted to now be working with them and the Insight Foundation. After applying tools for integration I have expanded more into my heart, released much of what doesn't serve me, grounded like never before and remain vigilant in my responsibility to heart mastery and integrated personal growth.
